Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York, USA. We are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, and we’re always happy to help with shipping questions at info@ranehra.com.

We aim to process and ship orders within 4–5 business days. During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its delivery journey.

Taxes & Duties

For international orders (when available in the future), any applicable taxes or import duties will be calculated and included in your total at checkout—so you’ll know exactly what to expect before completing your purchase.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur due to external factors such as customs procedures, peak seasonal volumes, or remote delivery locations. Lost or Missing Parcels

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you adore your Ranehra purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of the shipment date. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Returns received after 14 days cannot be accepted. Items marked “final sale” are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund, and price adjustments, order changes, and cancellations are not available after an order is placed.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@ranehra.com with the reason for your request. For U.S. orders, we will provide a prepaid return label; a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or applied when processing an exchange. All approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 8–12 business days for processing once we receive your return. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, and we will keep you informed.
